About the Role

Our client, a contemporary boutique hotel in the heart of Malta’s capital, is looking for a Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations. This role combines front desk duties, guest services, and financial reconciliation, while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts and hotel financial records.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure the security and safety of the hotel premises during the night shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
